  • Sending certificates to you upon course completion
  • Contacting you regarding re-certification or inform you about up coming courses that may be of interest (only if you clearly opt-in to allowing us to contact you in this way)

  • Your records are stored on our secure computer systems
  • Your records are only accessible by authorised personnel
  • We only keep your information for as long as necessary
  • We dispose of your information safely and securely

  • We only share your information with the training qualification awarding body

  • We ask and you give us specific permission to share with others
