Our Instructors
Terry Weatherill
Terry is a front-line NHS clinician with over 40 years’ experience in the Ambulance Service. During this time, he gained valuable experience working on rapid response vehicles, Air Ambulance and mentoring student paramedics. He has been teaching and assessing First Aid at Work for the past 25 years and holds a formal teaching qualification and delivers a wide range of courses, including our First Response Emergency Care (FREC) qualifications.
Stephen Davies
Stephen has a career in the NHS spanning 27 years and has experience working as a Paramedic initially for the Ambulance service and more recently within the Care Plus Group Community Urgent Care Team. Stephen is the Operations Manager for Urgent Care at Care Plus Group which includes the Clinical Assessment Service, Crisis Support Team and Community Urgent Care Team. Stephen is passionate about delivering excellent patient care and supporting professional development.
Craig Taylor
Craig is a professional pre-hospital clinician with over 15 years’ experience working at technician level. He has worked for various ambulance services and medical providers throughout the UK which has given a wealth of experience in front line A&E. He has taught first aid on a range of courses for over 5 years and has completed qualifications in both teaching, assessing and pre-hospital care. He continues to develop his skills and has a passion for teaching and enjoys passing on his knowledge to make a real difference.
