- Contacting you regarding re-certification or inform you about up coming courses that may be of interest (only if you clearly opt-in to allowing us to contact you in this way)

- Your records are stored on our secure computer systems
- Your records are only accessible by authorised personnel
- We only keep your information for as long as necessary
- We dispose of your information safely and securely

- We only share your information with the training qualification awarding body

Lawful basis for Processing (using your information)
